Refund policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you receive an incorrect item in your order please contact us immediately to resolve the issue. Leaf People will accept general returns within 14 business days of receipt of product. Please use the contact form above to begin a return authorization. Then, package the unused portion of the products securely and ship to the package to the address provided at the time of processing your return. Credits will be issued upon receipt of returned product. Your refund should appear in your account within 3 – 10 business days after processing depending on the banking policies of the payment method used. Per company policy, the customer is responsible for the freight back to our warehouse for their return/exchange unless it is a Leaf People error. Please note: All returned packages must be sent with a tracking number. Leaf People cannot be held responsible for any returned packages unless proof of delivery is provided. Packages can be sent without tracking at your own risk.
