Shipping policy

Leaf People ships via UPS, USPS Priority and First Class Mail.

• All boxes will have a tracking number (signature not required) and be shipped via first class, priority mail or UPS Ground. You will receive an email with your tracking number once the package is shipped.
• Express or rush service is available. Please make a note in the comments as you check out of your desired shipping method. The additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected prior to shipment. To insure that your delivery date is met, it is advisable to handle this type of order by phone.
• Please note (in the comments section as you check out, or email us) if you have any restricted shipping service in your area.
• Additional insurance is available for your order. Please make a note of the amount of additional insurance you would like for your package in the comments section at checkout. You can also email or call us to discuss additional insurance options on your order. Additional insurance charges are the responsibility of the customer. Minimal insurance of $50.00 is standard on all packages.
• Unfortunately Leaf People cannot be held responsible for or reship packages that were lost or stolen after they have left our facility. Porch theft continues to rise. Due to the prohibitive cost, we will no longer replace orders that have proof of delivery. In the event that your package is lost or stolen, a claim will need to be filed by the customer with the shipping carrier used. Ultimately it is the responsibility of the customer to track and receive their package and file claims with the information provided by Leaf People at the time of shipment.
• Shipping charges apply to orders shipped within the United States. At this time we do not ship internationally.

• Orders with a subtotal of $0.00 – $59.99, the shipping charge is $7.50.
• Orders with a subtotal of $60.00 – $124.99, the shipping charge is $9.95.
• Orders with a subtotal of $125.00 or higher have FREE SHIPPING!
